Join Groove Violation on Saturday, January 17th at The Garden by Charles Towne Fermentory for the kick off of the Factory Reset series - a quarterly community-driven wellness event full of movement, contrast therapy, and house music. The day begins with a 4-5 mile sunrise run led by Washed Up Coffee Club, followed by a body-warming vinyasa flow with Katie Beaver, and ends with contrast therapy provided by Sauna. Charleston & Nordic Wave. Jack Callahan of Grooving Violation will be performing a live DJ set to keep your energy grounded and mood elevated. Dawn Patrol will be offering complimentary food & coffee to keep you nourished while Promix keeps you hydrated all day long.
